fundamental question
that must be made by almost all designers
is this:
Of course most designer's, in fact, probably don't,
give this question a lot of consideration.
Generally most web content is displayed,
and designed to be displayed,
in a single window at a time.
But perhaps they should.
Anyhow it is the purpose of this essay to examine
the limitations of single-window design,
and explore and explain an alternative approach,
— modular, minimalist, multi-windowing.
